REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Class runs January 11th to 29th, 2010. The early registration, before December 18th, 2009, fee is  $1395. The registration fee December 18th and later is $1445. We also offer a multiple discount fee if two or more people registered from the same company.

Refund Policy
After this date, you may be responsible for the full registration fee if you register and do not attend. Substitutions are permitted.

CLASS TIMES AND RECERTIFICATION CREDITS
Class times run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. One Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is defined as ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience. You will receive 7.5 CEUs at the completion of this course.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION/GRADING POLICY
On your final class day, an optional written examination will be administered to those wishing to receive a Certificate of Distinction or Certificate of Successful Completion. Those who do not take this examination will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
