REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registrations accompanied with payment received in our office by Friday, December 19, 2008, were given the early registration discount fee of $1,395. We also offer a multiple discount fee of $1,295 per person if two or more people registered from the same company.

2009 Tuition:
$1,395 (early registration, before 12/19/08)
$1,445 (regular registration, 12/20/08 to 1/12/09)
$1,295 (multi-registration fee)

Refund Policy
2009 registrants may withdraw from this program with a full refund less a $50 processing fee provided you notify our office by January 7, 2009. After this date, you may be responsible for the full registration fee if you register and do not attend. Substitutions are permitted.

CLASS TIMES AND RECERTIFICATION CREDITS
Class times run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. One Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is defined as ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience. You will receive 7.5 CEUs at the completion of this course.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION/GRADING POLICY
On your final class day, an optional written examination will be administered to those wishing to receive a Certificate of Distinction or Certificate of Successful Completion. Those who do not take this examination will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
